Most wedding invitations were mailed on January 15. However, after two weeks we know that many people have not received the invitations yet. It seems that the post is struggling with deliveries due to COVID-19. Today we sent an email about this issue. Everyone who was invited in 2020 is invited, even if they didn’t receive the paper invitation! We look forward to seeing you in July in Slovenia!
Wedding invitations mailed out!
We are thrilled that we will be able to see you this year! It’s winter in New York, but summer is coming! We just mailed out our paper wedding invitations! You should receive them within a few days.
RSVP posted!
This week Milos & Ran are enjoying their vacation in Mexico. And while in Playa del Carmen, we have been working on our wedding website. We just posted the RSVP form, which should be visible to you in the menu.
We are getting married on July 5, 2022!
After years of waiting and two delays due to COVID-19, we are going to get married on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 in Vipolže, Slovenia. Everyone should be receiving paper wedding invitations over the next month or so. We will also start updating the blog and website more frequently and soon we will post an RSVP form. We look forwards to seeing you all in Slovenia this summer!
Our wedding is delayed until July 5, 2022
Dear family and friends. We were looking forward so much to our wedding this July. But after a careful consideration of the projected COVID-19 situation, we decided that the best course forward is to delay our wedding one more time, until Tuesday July 5, 2022.
We have evaluated our options with our wedding planner in Slovenia and with our families. COVID-19 vaccines are already on the market and some of our guests are already vaccinated. However, it is unlikely that all guests will be able to receive vaccines by the end of June. And it is likely that international travel restrictions will still be in effect, and most countries will still require travelers to present a recent negative COVID test, and social distancing measures such as face masks would still need to be enforced at the wedding.
We want to see you in person so much! But we also want you to enjoy our wedding day and your trip to Slovenia. And most importantly we want you to stay healthy and not get COVID. We hope that postponing the wedding until 2022 will not cause you too much trouble. For us it is a relatively small delay since we recently celebrated our 10-year anniversary.

Happy New Year!
We wish you a happy, healthy, and successful year 2021! We hope that this year will be better than the past one and that COVID-19 will be stopped and we will be able to see you all at our wedding!
We have agreed with our wedding planner that we would finalize our plans in March. We hope that by then the situation will allow us to conclude that all our guests can be vaccinated by July and thus attend our wedding in Slovenia on July 6, 2021. The timing looks tight, but feasible. Please continue monitoring our wedding website and expect an email from us in March.

One year to go!
We delayed our wedding, but it is coming! Today we have exactly one year to go! Book July 6, 2021 in your calendars! We hope the worst of COVID will be over and we see you all in Vipolže, Slovenia!
Stay safe at home this year, plan to visit Slovenia in 2021!
While the COVID-19 situation is getting better in Europe, it is still not possible to travel between Europe, Israel, and the United States. We are glad to have postponed our wedding until July 6, 2021!
Please check with your airlines if you have booked your ticket. If you flight is cancelled or moved by more than 2 hours, you are eligible to get a full refund of your airfare. If the flight is not cancelled, most airlines allow re-booking until the end of 2021. Accommodation in Slovenia should be re-bookable, too, without any fees (per our wedding planner).
Stay safe and we hope to see you all at our wedding in 2021!

We can’t wait to see you!
Ran and Milos have been working from home for the last two months. And it seems that we may be working from home for a while, possibly all the way to the end of 2020. Our wedding has been postponed to 2021. Vendors have been notified and we were also able to cancel our airline tickets. (United now gives 24 months since the purchase date to book the new travel.) We hope that the rest of you has been able to cancel your tickets without penalty as well. And we look forward to seeing you next year. Please stay safe!

Our wedding is postponed to 2021
Because of COVID-19 pandemics, we regret to announce that we are delaying our wedding. The new wedding date will be July 6, 2021 (Tuesday). We hope that it won’t cause too many problems to those of you who have already purchased your airline tickets and booked your vacations. We feel that this is the right decision. We do not want to endager the health of any of our guests, and even if the coronavirus situation may improve by the beginning of July, we believe it will not be completely safe to travel and many guests would thus be unable to attend.
